GUARANTEE
All products benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with the legislation in force as well as the manufacturers' commercial policies. The products are new, and in the case of helium balloons, they have different flight times depending on their size and model. Warranty service covers any manufacturing defects found in products purchased from our store. In order to replace a product under warranty, you must present the original receipt or invoice.
RETURNING PRODUCTS
If the products you bought don't suit you, you can return them without any problems within 14 days of purchase. Just contact us.
Important!
Returned products must not show any signs of tampering or other defects, both visually and functionally. You must present the receipt or invoice and the original undamaged packaging. In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, Balonic reserves the right to refuse the return or replacement of products. Please contact us for more information on returns.
STOCKS OF GOODS
Because we aim to be fair and honest with our customers, and we know that the issue of stocks for online stores is one that could affect delivery time and customer patience, we would like to inform you that Balonic works both with its own stocks and in partnership with other suppliers who are direct importers in the Republic of Moldova. It may happen that a product offered by our partners is no longer available. We do our best to update product availability on the website as frequently as possible, however, it may happen that a product shown as available on the website may no longer be available. We have complete control over our stocks, in terms of the timeliness of product availability information on the website, but our partners' stocks may not be updated in real time.
